How do I get free shipping?

If you shop for more than DKK 500 in items that can be sent by regular mail, shipping to the nearest PostNord post office or delivery point is completely free in Denmark. If you are below our free shipping limit, the shipping typically costs DKK 39 but is of course dependent on the weight.

Some items are too poorly packaged or too fragile to ship. These items are marked with the fact that they can only be bought and picked up in the store. It is always possible to pick up the goods in the store for free, no matter what you order.

What about the delivery of large items that can only be delivered by freight forwarder?

Some items are too large and heavy to be shipped by post and must therefore be delivered by freight forwarder. On some of these larger items, we have an agreement with the manufacturer that the item delivers directly to your home - at no cost. This will be stated in the text of the item itself that the purchase includes free shipping. On most larger items, freight is added if they are to be delivered by freight forwarder. The price for delivery by freight carrier varies from item to item. You can see the delivery price of each item as well as in the basket.

You always have to pay only one shipping price per. order - regardless of the number of items. This means that if your order contains both goods that are to be delivered with a freight forwarder where freight is added, and goods that are not to be delivered with a freight forwarder, the possibility of obtaining free shipping is waived. On the other hand, you only pay one freight price - namely the one to the freight forwarder.

What about shipping abroad?

We ship goods to many countries. Here you can see what the freight will be when you check out, as it depends on the weight and size of the package or shipment - if you are in doubt send us an email - we will respond to it as soon as we get the opportunity.
