For purchases over 500 kr Free delivery in Denmark (To the nearest Post Office )(excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland). For purchases below 500 kr imposes a shipping fee.
Delivery abroad, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland, delivered NOT freight free. For orders to EU area is charged according to current regulations Danish VAT. For delivery outside the EU, including Norway, Iceland, the Faroe Islands and Greenland order is sent free of VAT.
Shipments shouldered by Post Denmark or UPS, and afsendel from nordicnesting.dk happens within 1-2 working days, subject to product availability. These particulars shall be immediately possible, and notifies in writing of the delay.
The following debit cards can be used for payment of nordicnesting.dk: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB and Union Pay. On request we can send out electronic bill / invoice.
Payment will be deducted from your account when your item is shipped from Nordic Nesting or when the item is ready for pickup at Nordic Nesting at Studiestræde in Copenhagen.
The cancellation and return policy
If you regret your purchase, you must inform us in writing about this per. mail email@example.com, within 14 days of your purchase, then you have 14 days on you to send or deliver the product back to us in our physical store if you can not reach it before.

Complaints rules allow for replacement, repair, price reduction or cancellation of the deal. If possible, we reserve the right to replace or repair the product, cf. Sale of Goods Act §78.
Complaints caused by misuse or improper handling (eg wrong washing temperature) is not justified complaints.
