NETshop nordicnesting.dk, works related to the Nordic Nesting Aps, situated on Studiestræde 51, 1554 Copenhagen V. Most items in the online shop can also be found in the physical store, and all items in the physical store can be purchased via nordicnesting.dk. Even though they are not depicted on NETshop. We'll be happy possibility and cost of special requests and / or products which we do not have in stock.

prices
All prices are in DKK, EUR ore USD and inclusive of VAT.

Delivery
For purchases over 500 kr Free delivery in Denmark (To the nearest Post Office )(excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland). For purchases below 500 kr imposes a shipping fee.

Delivery abroad, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland, delivered NOT freight free. For orders to EU area is charged according to current regulations Danish VAT. For delivery outside the EU, including Norway, Iceland, the Faroe Islands and Greenland order is sent free of VAT.

Shipments shouldered by Post Denmark or UPS, and afsendel from nordicnesting.dk happens within 1-2 working days, subject to product availability. These particulars shall be immediately possible, and notifies in writing of the delay.

If you do not pick up your order in the selected parcel shop and it is therefore sent back to us, Nordic Nesting reserves the right to charge you the costs that the shipment has incurred Nordic Nesting for return to Nordic Nesting. The costs amount to at least DKK 39.

Payment
The following debit cards can be used for payment of nordicnesting.dk: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB and Union Pay. On request we can send out electronic bill / invoice.

Payment will be deducted from your account when your item is shipped from Nordic Nesting or when the item is ready for pickup at Nordic Nesting at Studiestræde in Copenhagen.

The cancellation and return policy

If you regret your purchase, you must inform us in writing about this per. mail info@nordicnesting.dk, within 14 days of your purchase, then you have 14 days on you to send or deliver the product back to us in our physical store if you can not reach it before.

As a consumer you have the opportunity to cancel a purchase, even if the item has been used. A product is considered used if it is used beyond what is possible by testing, or to check the goods in a physical store when you buy it there. If the product is used, made a specific assessment of what the item used can be sold to another consumer. A potential. impairment of the item you as a consumer do not get returned. Remember that you are responsible for goods sent securely wrapped by the return. The right of withdrawal lapses if the product is used irresponsibly or recklessly packed so that it is destroyed upon receipt of the return.

If you regret your purchase you can return the goods together with the invoice, however, you pay for the return postage. Provided that the goods are in original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. If you wish to receive a return label, send an email to info@nordicnesting.dk. Shipping costs for the return label are DKK 49 and will be adjusted in connection with the refund when we have received your order in return. Return label applies only in Denmark 

If you use your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, you will pay the return balance) without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to cancellate this order. We make such repayment with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the return, unless you have submitted documentation before returning it.

If an item is adapted / ordered at home just for you at the sale, this applies, for example, when ordering rugs in sizes that we do not have in stock (eg Pappelina, Massimo), or furniture made to your specifications with a choice of any. substance or color, the right of withdrawal lapses.

NB! Goods purchased in our physical store has a different cancellation and return policy than items purchased through our store and is described on the receipt you get when you shop in the store.

Complaint

The Danish Sale of Goods Act gives you 2 year warranty, and it is your assurance to complain about legitimate defects in the goods.

By warranty, the product must be returned to nordicnesting.dk and please attach a description of the defect in the product, as well as documentation for shipping costs.
Complaints rules allow for replacement, repair, price reduction or cancellation of the deal. If possible, we reserve the right to replace or repair the product, cf. Sale of Goods Act §78.
Complaints caused by misuse or improper handling (eg wrong washing temperature) is not justified complaints.
